Who can place an order on our website?
Only customers who are 18 years and above (as per Maharashtra’s legal drinking age) can book products on our website.
How does the booking system work?

- The booking is not a sale; it is a reservation of products.

Do you provide home delivery?

All bookings must be collected in-store at our licensed shop.
What payment methods are available?
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for walk-in customers.

What documents do I need to show at the store?
You may be asked to show a valid age proof (government ID) at the time of collection.
Customers below 25 years of age will not be allowed to purchase alcohol.
What happens if I book but don’t visit the store?
- Your booking will remain valid for a limited time.
- If you do not visit within the mentioned time, the booking may be cancelled automatically.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
