At The Beer Experience, we aim to provide a smooth and professional shopping experience for our customers. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully:

Do you provide home delivery?

No. Currently, we do not provide home delivery or shipping services. All orders booked through our website must be collected directly from our store. If you want the product delivered to your doorstep, please contact +91 96738 45333.

How does the booking process work?
  • Customers can browse products on our website thebeerexperience.in.
  • You can place a booking online by providing your details (name, contact number, etc.).
  • Once booked, the order will be kept ready for you at our store.
  • Customers must visit our store in person to collect their beverages.
What documents are required at the time of collection?

As per Maharashtra State Excise laws, customers must be:

  • Above 18 years of age
  • Carry a valid government-issued ID proof (such as Aadhaar, PAN, Driving License, Passport, etc.)

Orders will only be handed over once age verification is complete.

Do you charge any shipping fees?

What is the time frame for collecting booked orders?
  • Customers must collect their booked orders within the same day of booking.
  • Orders not collected within the given time frame will be cancelled automatically.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, but only for walk-in customers collecting their orders from the store. Payment can be made in cash, UPI, or card at the counter.
