Can I cancel my order after booking online?
- Yes, you can cancel your order before visiting the store for collection by contacting us directly through phone or email.

- Once the order is collected from the store, cancellation is not possible.
Do you provide refunds?
- Since we are dealing with alcoholic beverages, refunds are not provided once the product has been sold and collected.
- Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases, such as:Wrong product booked due to system error.Product not available in stock at the time of pickup.
Can I modify my order?
- Yes, you can request modifications to your booking (for example, change of quantity or product) before pickup, subject to stock availability.
What if I don’t collect my booked order?
- Orders must be collected on the same day of booking.
- If the order is not collected within this period, it will be automatically cancelled.
- No refunds will be issued for uncollected orders.
